This bus was delivered new to The Big Lemon as part of our solar bus project and joined the fleet in February 2019. This bus was built by Optare and is fully electric and featuring leather seating; underseat lighting in yellow; a wood effect floor and USB charging it has already received lots of praise from our drivers and passengers. This bus is one of four sister Optare Solo EVs purchased by The Big Lemon in 2018 and arrived at the same time The Big Lemon were awarded funding for a further five Optare Solo Electric buses from the Department of Transport.
